Weekly settlements

Paid every Friday, itemized, direct deposit. No two-week float, no held pay.

In-house dispatch

Dispatchers who work your lanes and your schedule — reachable around the clock, not a call queue.

No forced dispatch

You see the load before you take it. Turn it down and nobody gives you grief.

Fuel card & discounts

Fleet fuel card with negotiated discounts at truck stops nationwide. Savings go to your bottom line.

Plates & registration

Base plate and IRP apportioned plates handled. Legal in all 48 from your first load.

FAQ

Straight answers

How does pay actually work?

You earn a percentage of the gross linehaul on every load you run. We book the load, you deliver it, we invoice and collect from the broker, and your share is deposited Friday. The percentage is fixed in your lease — it doesn't move load to load, and there are no deductions that aren't itemized on your settlement.

How often are settlements?

Weekly, every Friday, by direct deposit. Each settlement is itemized so you can see exactly what came in and what came out.

Is "no forced dispatch" real?

Yes. Dispatch offers you the load with the rate and the lanes; you take it or you don't. Turning loads down doesn't affect what you get offered next.

What do I still pay for?

Your fuel, your maintenance, your truck payment, and your bobtail and occupational accident coverage. We carry the primary liability and cargo insurance and handle plates, IFTA and permits.

How fast can I get started?

A recruiter calls within one business day. From there it depends on how fast your documents come back — most drivers are dispatched inside a week.

Can I run under my own authority instead?

Yes, that's a separate dispatch program rather than a lease. Call sales on (947) 237-4859 and we'll explain the difference and what it costs.
